Bio

Professor Sulkin's research focuses on linkages between campaign communication and congressional policy making. She is the author of Issue Politics in Congress (Cambridge University Press), which won the 2006 Richard F. Fenno Prize, awarded for the best book on legislative studies published in 2005. Her current project explores how representatives and senators make and keep campaign promises.
