Welcome to the website of the Department of Speech Communication Computer Support Unit (CSU). This page serves as an overview of the computing services provided by the Department of Speech Communiction. More detailed information is available through the navigation on the left and further questions should be directed to csu-spcm@uiuc.edu.
Some of the computing services provided by the department:
- Computer technical support through CSU.
- Woolbert Lab serves as a computer lab for graduate students.
- The 310 Instructional Lab has open hours for student computer use and can be reserved for use as a classroom.
- Room 8 contains internet access for personal computers as well as a couple computers to be used for internet and e-mail.
- File Storage--the server keeps user files for faculty, staff, graduate students, and research/teaching assistance, as well as files corresponding to faculty projects.
- Web site publishing for users and projects.
- Maintain faculty computers.
