The Age of Networks: Social, Cultural, and Technological Connections
Agenda

Tentative agenda:

Firm up outline for AY2005-06 (we've agreed on a one-year project):

First semester-outline of 12-14 topics for the weekly seminar, including ideas for discussants and invited faculty (UIUC and off campus.)

Second semester-workshops or symposia; conferences; invited speakers. No weekly meetings would be planned, but participating grad students would be required to finish up their projects and the working group (steering committee and core faculty) would continue to convene for meetings organized around conferences, visiting speakers or discussants conferences, etc.
